Full Job Description

Roadrunner Flight School is looking to hire a Certified Flight Instructor in Farmington, NM. We are a small, private flight school that is rapidly expanding. We are seeking a flight instructor who will represent Roadrunner Flight School in a professional and exciting way. The flight instructor must be a self-starter, independent, and passionate about flying. We are not your typical big flight school, your opinions and experience will be valuable to our success.

Job duties include:

• instructing students per ACS/ PTS standards
• helping with ground schools
• scheduling students
• discovery flights
• operate our planes in a safe manner to prevent undue maintenance

Our mission is to bring the love of aviation in the Four Corners area to as many people as we can.

Job Requirements

• Must have Valid Pilot license
• Must have current FAA CFI
• FAA 1st or 2nd class medical
• Previous instructional hours preferred
• Must be willing to relocate to Farmington, NM
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Work Location: on site, not remote

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay
